How our quotes work
We do not quote cleaning over the phone, and you should be careful with anyone who does. A number given before seeing the property is a guess, and a guess gets corrected later, usually upward or by quietly doing less work than you expected.
So we come out. We walk the building or the house with you, ask what actually matters to you, and look at the things that decide how long a job really takes: the floor types, the bathrooms, how many people use the space, what the last cleaner was or was not doing.
Then you get a written scope and a price. It says what gets cleaned and how often, so nobody is relying on memory six months from now. If you want something added or dropped, you say so and we change it.
Nothing. The visit is free, there is no obligation, and we will not chase you afterwards. If the number does not work for you, that is a normal outcome and we would rather you say so plainly.
We will also tell you when we are the wrong choice. If you need one carpet cleaned once, a carpet specialist will likely serve you better. If a house genuinely does not need weekly service, we will say monthly. Turning down work we cannot do properly is the reason the work we do take stays reliable.
