Who we are
East Cleaning LLC is owned and run by Jose and his wife out of Easton, Maryland. Four years in, with a trained crew rather than one person and a vacuum, which is what makes it possible to take on a whole property instead of a single room.
For the last four years the crew has cleaned for a five-star hotel in St. Michaels. Hotels do not keep a cleaning company around for four years out of politeness. That work set the standard we hold everywhere else, and it is the reason an office manager can hand us a building without worrying about it.
We are insured, we give written quotes, and when something is not right you get an owner on the phone. For a service where strangers hold keys to your building, that matters more than anything we could put in an advertisement.
How we work
You get people who know your building, not whoever was available. Consistency is the whole product in this trade.
What gets cleaned is on paper before we start, so nobody is guessing and nobody is disappointed.

Easton is home and most of our work is within a short drive of it. We regularly clean in St. Michaels, Oxford, Trappe, Cordova and Cambridge, and we go further for the right ongoing account.

In the community
We joined the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce because the buildings we clean belong to our neighbors. The offices, medical suites, banks and churches on our schedule are run by people we see at the same events, and that is a good reason to do the work properly.
