Commercial cleaning

Commercial cleaning in Easton is our main work and has been for 4 years. We provide janitorial services in Easton for offices, medical and dental suites, banks, churches, retail floors and community buildings, on weekly and nightly schedules, almost always after your doors close.

The difference between a cleaning company and a cleaning contract is consistency. Anyone can do a good job once. What an office manager actually needs is the same crew arriving the same nights, knowing which doors lock, which trash cans get missed and which conference room has a meeting at eight the next morning. That is what we sell.

What gets checked

The six things that get noticed

Nobody walks into a building and praises the floor. They notice the skirting behind the door, the switch plate by the entrance and the fan above the waiting room. These are the details a written scope exists to protect.

Baseboard, crown moulding and skirting cleaned along a hallway
Baseboards and trimWiped down, not stepped over. The first thing anyone notices at floor level.
Clean white kitchen cabinet fronts and appliance faces
Cabinet faces and frontsHandles, edges and the greasy top rail above the door. Inside them too, on request.
A ceiling fan and light fixture in a clean, bright room
Ceiling fans and light fixturesBlades, housings and the fixtures nobody looks at until the light hits them.
A hand wiping a light switch and wall plate
Switches and high-touch pointsSwitch plates, door handles, pulls and rails. The surfaces every hand in the building finds.
A bright, clean window sill with fresh flowers
Window sills and ledgesSills, tracks, ledges and the tops of things that only show in daylight.
A microfibre cloth cleaning a white worktop
Surfaces, done properlyCleaned with the right cloth on the right surface, corner to corner, every visit.

We are insured and can put a certificate on file before the first visit, which is usually the first thing a property manager or facilities lead asks for. And because we also handle carpets, floors and pools, the same contract can cover the quarterly deep work without you finding another vendor for it.

Most buildings we take over were being cleaned by someone before us, and the story is almost always the same. The first few months were good, then visits got shorter, then the crew changed, then the restrooms started running out of paper and nobody could get a call back. That drift is what a written scope and a stable crew exist to prevent, and it is why we would rather quote a schedule honestly than win the account with a number we cannot deliver on for two years.

Access and trust matter as much as the cleaning itself. We are the company holding keys and alarm codes to a bank lobby or a medical suite after hours, so how we hire and who we send matters. The crew is trained, the same faces come back, and the owners of this company are local people whose name is on the door in Easton.

Offices and professional suites

Desks, common areas, kitchens, glass, restrooms and floors. Cleaned in the evening so your team walks into a finished space, never into a crew working around them.

02

Medical, dental and clinical

Waiting rooms, exam rooms, restrooms and high-touch surfaces on a strict schedule. Clinical spaces are judged the second a patient walks in, and we clean them that way.

Banks, churches and community buildings

Lobbies, halls, sanctuaries and meeting rooms. High-traffic public spaces where the floors and the glass tell everyone how the organisation is run.

Floors, carpets and quarterly deep work

Regular vacuuming and mopping on the weekly visit, plus deep carpet extraction and hard-floor work on a quarterly rhythm, scheduled into the same contract.

Who this is for

Built for the person who has to answer for the building

Office managers, practice managers, facilities leads and property managers. The people who get told when the restroom is out of paper and who have to find a new cleaner when the last one stopped showing up.

Questions

Before you book

Can you clean after we close?

Yes, and most of our commercial accounts prefer it. Evenings, overnight or before opening. We work out the access and locking routine with you before the first visit so it is never a question.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Send us whatever your property manager or landlord requires and we will get the certificate over before we start.

How often do you come?

Whatever the building actually needs. Five nights a week for a busy medical suite, once a week for a small office, monthly for a building that is quiet. We will tell you honestly what we think it needs after we walk it.

What about carpets and floors?

Included in the same relationship. Regular vacuuming happens on every visit, and deep extraction or hard-floor work gets scheduled quarterly or as needed, on the same invoice.

What if we already have a cleaner?

Most of our accounts did. If you are unhappy, we will quote your building honestly and you can compare like for like. If your current company is doing right by you, keep them, and call us when that changes.

Do you supply paper products and soap?

We can stock and restock restroom paper, soap and liners as part of the contract, or leave that with you. Whichever you prefer, it goes in the written scope so it never becomes a question.

How do we get started?

Call (443) 298-0778 and we will come look at the space. You get a written quote with the scope spelled out, and no obligation to use it.
